Spiritual Support
It can be strange or even difficult trying to reconcile living spiritually in the material world. A lot of the popular forms for help don’t acknowledge God in the spiritual journey, and it can feel to be lacking something to some people.
Spiritual Support is talking with someone who’s not only listening to and supporting you in your efforts to grow, mature, and overcome, but who’s also tending to the journey of your relationship with God.
Since 2013, I’ve been a certified Life Coach, practicing in both corporate and independent environments. What I’ve especially appreciated about this practice is the principal that it isn’t the Life Coach who has all the answers and expertise, but the client who does.
The “Life Coach” is someone who believes, knows, and sees this in the client. A good Life Coach then listens to them and asks questions to unravel blocks and tangles made up of ideas, experiences, and beliefs that have obscured their clarity of thought.
When integration support is the most helpful…
Times when integration support can be most helpful:
Big life transitions (relationships, career, housing changes, etc)
Incorporating new ideas that seem to conflict with old ideas
Following a plant medicine journey experience
Having a goal, but feeling unsure about the pathway to it
Chances are, if someone does find a resource like integration support, it’s because they’ve gone looking.
Maybe they feel underserved or repelled by organized religions, but still aren’t done compiling a faith of their own.
Or maybe they found themselves in an addiction program and met others journeying toward living in their highest ideals.
No matter the way, once a connection is made with the Higher Self, anything less feels like a whole lot less… and so we go on our journeys, seeking to find our way back home.
I meet with people virtually and in-person. We ask questions, explore, and plan for the journey ahead. If there’s anything more you’d like to know, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
